Fergus Kennedy is an experienced marine biologist and film-maker. His academic career started at Oxford University, where he gained an honours degree inĀ Zoology. He then went on to the School of Ocean Sciences in Bangor, where he studied first for a MSc in Marine Environmental Protection and later for a PhD in Marine Ecology. Since then Fergus has travelled widely, working on a wide variety of projects both as a Scientist and a Media Professional. He has developed educational interactive CDs and websites, filmed for exhibits and visitors centres and his photographs have been widely published in books and magazines. Fergus has also been highly commended in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competion and is a qualified scuba diver with over 20 years experience.
